Results and open questions
abstract:
We consider continuous effective
interface models on the d-dimensional cubic lattice. In recent years the
localization vs. delocalization of interfaces without disorder has been
studied on three levels:
1) Gibbs-measures
2) gradient Gibbs measures (describing the increments of the interface
variables)
3) Gibbs-measures in the presence of a pinning potential acting on all sites
In this talk we describe recent results and present open questions
concerning the influence of a random environment.
